Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are based in Jingdezhen of China, and we ship worldwide including North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and so on.

 

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship by DHL Express, J&T Express or Yun Express. The international Express shipping service we use to deliver your package depends on the destination.

 

 How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We will ship your piece(s) within 5 business days from when we receive the order and notify you via E-mail.

 

 How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Estimated delivery times depend on destination. Generally, standard shipping takes approximately 2-5weeks.

In some cases, delivery times are not guaranteed. Custom checks, natural disasters, political unrest, shipping company delays, and other unforeseen events may affect the delivery time.

 

 How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on all orders. You don't need to pay for the international shipping.

 

 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-mail containing the courier name and a tracking number, you can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Please note that tracking is may not currently available in some countries. If you have any problem when tracking your package, please contact us, and we will assist in all possible ways.

 

 Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

**About Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These related customs fees which charged by the Customs office of the destination country are NOT included in the amount you made to us when you check out.

If you need to pay import duties, taxes and other additional charges, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery.

You can contact your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order.
