Cancellations 

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us or email us at support@crazymud.com with the order number as soon as possible.

 

Returns

Please note that we do not accept product exchanges or returns.

 

Refunds

If you received damaged items, please contact us or email us at support@crazymud.com with the order number, and we will process your refund request.

Once your refund request has been approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

 

**Damaged Products

We take utmost care in packaging your item to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. However, unforeseen circumstances during transit by third-party shipping carriers may impact the condition of the package, and these are out of our control.

To qualify for a refund due to shipping damage, customers must provide evidence such as photos or a short video clearly showing the damage to the item as well as the packaging.

Please email this evidence to support@crazymud.com along with your order number and relevant details within 3 days after you received the package. Please note that the original shipping fee you paid on your order is non-refundable.
